Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking members when required, ensuring their needs are met. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures during all interactions. Handle additional assigned duties to support the overall operations of the customer service team. Requirements: Bilingual Spanish skills required - experience in a Spanish Bilingual call center highly preferred! Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or corporate customer service environment. Proficiency in using SharePoint, web-based databases, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy. Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail. Familiarity with union contracts and related processes is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with diverse audiences.
