Commercial Lines Account Manager

Role Description This is a full-time role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager, based in San Antonio, TX. Applicants will build and maintain strong client relationships, develop tailored insurance solutions, and provide exemplary service. Responsibilities include handling account inquiries, communicating policy details, assisting clients with claims, coordinating renewals, and supporting new business development efforts. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure clients receive effective risk management services and coverage that meets their needs. Qualifications Commercial account management and client relationship skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and communication. Knowledge of insurance policies and markets, familiarity with relevant industry software tools (AMS, ImageRight). A self-starter, comfortable working independently and in groups with problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills for handling complex account needs and claims efficiently. Proficiency in sales, upselling, and providing tailored policy recommendations to clients. Previous experience in the insurance industry or in a client-focused role, and or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
