Overview The Sr. Recruiter / Account Manager is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and placing both management-level and skilled trade professionals while building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role combines full-cycle recruiting with business development, requiring expertise in technical staffing, client communication, and candidate management. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of technical recruiting and account management experience and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Recruit and staff management and skilled trade workers across construction, manufacturing, and related industries.

Prospect and secure new business opportunities within the Construction and Manufacturing sectors.

Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with clients and hiring managers.

Follow up regularly with potential and existing clients to ensure engagement and satisfaction.

Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and career fairs.

Create, write, and publish job postings on multiple recruiting platforms.

Conduct verbal qualification interviews to build accurate and efficient candidate shortlists.

Perform background checks and reference checks as required.

Qualifications

10+ years of technical recruiting and account management experience.
