Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:/strong/pulliDevelop and execute communication strategies that are consistent and align with the Companys objectives. Align messaging with brand identity and values./liliCreate, edit and manage high-quality content for newsletters, press releases, social media, and internal communications./liliManage media relations and public relations. Coordinate press releases, interviews, and media inquiries./liliConsult with leadership to develop effective communication procedures and policies./liliEstablish and enforce brand messaging guidelines to ensure a consistent voice across all platforms./liliMonitor and analyze effectiveness of communication campaigns by tracking metrics and media coverage./liliCollaborate with leadership and teams to ensure a unified message strategy./liliManage Companys community investment/corporate contributions portfolio, including budget, correspondence, and event coordination with local organizations, as applicable./liliDevelop materials to educate staff on communication practices. Train, monitor, motivate, coach, develop, and evaluate department employees./liliAchieve financial objectives by sound management of financial resources through budget preparation, monitoring of fees and costs, and analysis and/or justification for the use of financial resources./liliMaintain knowledge of current trends and developments in the field to uphold responsibilities as subject matter expert./li/ulpstrongWhat You Will Bring:/strong/pulliBachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field or equivalent./liliMinimum of 5 to 7 years of progressively responsible work experience in managing internal and external communications./li/ulpstrongPreferred skills and qualifications:/strong/pulliExceptional written and verbal communication skills./liliStrong project management and organizational abilities./liliProficiency in digital platforms and social media management tools./liliCollaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment./liliGood working knowledge of various personal computer business software applications presently used by ENSTAR.
