Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect/Designer located in Oconomowoc, WI. The Architect/Designer will be responsible for designing and executing architectural projects, creating detailed plans, and ensuring smooth integration between all project components. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients and team members, managing project timelines, and delivering innovative and functional architectural solutions that align with the Rigsby Group’s premium standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong focus on creating functional and innovative spaces
• Experience in Material Selections, Kitchen & Bath Design, Lighting and Fixture Selections with the ability to oversee timelines, manage resources, and ensure successful project execution through strong communications
• Familiarity with Software Development and Integration applied to architectural planning and project processes
• Strong technical skills in architectural drafting software and tools
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Licensed architect preferred but not required
• Prior experience in residential or light-commercial design/build projects is an advantage
