This is a Full Time position in the field of Live Broadcast / Sports / TV News / Technical Operations, located in Bridgeport, PA.

Responsibilities
- Coordinating competition broadcasts throughout the country
- Producing video content for membership and sponsors
- Managing weekly live show
- Supervising interns
Qualifications
- Live broadcast and technical director experience essential
- Background in filming and video editing is critical
- Must possess strong integrity, responsibility, and honesty as core characteristics
- Sense of humor and ability to get along with others is extremely important
- Must be capable of working independently without daily direction
- Knowledge of water polo not required

The Collegiate Water Polo Association is a non-profit athletic conference comprised of four-year colleges and universities. Unlike other conferences, the CWPA is comprised of both varsity and collegiate club programs which compete for an NCAA or National Collegiate Club Championship.
