Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is part of a nationally recognized brand with 500+ locations across the U.S. and Canada – and we’re growing! We’re looking for a hands‑on, people‑loving, results‑driven Spa Manager to lead our Kingwood location and help create an experience guests can’t stop talking about.
This isn’t a desk‑only role. This is for someone who loves being on the floor, building a strong team culture, hitting goals, and having fun doing it.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, coaching, and developing an amazing spa team
- Driving memberships, retail sales, and service enhancements
- Setting the tone for an elevated, welcoming guest experience
- Jumping in on the floor when needed — leading by example
- Tracking performance, spotting opportunities, and improving results
- Keeping the spa clean, calm, and running smoothly
- Hiring, training, mentoring, and empowering your team
- Handling guest concerns with confidence, care, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership or management experience (spa, hospitality, retail, or sales preferred)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- A sales‑savvy mindset with a heart for people
- Someone who can be fun and firm when needed
- High standards, positive energy, and accountability
Spa experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right leader.
