Client Relationship Manager

Location: Bend, Oregon (In-Office)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

The Role

PrideStaff, a firm specializing in recruiting for Central Oregon businesses, is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for a local wealth management firm. In this role, you will be the "right hand" to the team, taking ownership of administrative workflows and ensuring client needs are met with precision and care. You will support advisors locally in the office as well as remote advisors.

What You Will Do: Client Liaison:

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring professional and timely communication.

Advisor Support:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned Financial Advisors, helping to streamline their daily operations.

Tech Management:

Utilize the Microsoft Suite and Redtail (CRM) to manage client data, schedule appointments, and track workflows.

Problem Solving:

Proactively identify administrative hurdles and implement independent solutions to keep the office running smoothly. Who We Are Looking For:

Ideally, you are technically capable, independently minded, and looking for a career home-not just a job.

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree or recent relevant industry experience is required.

Tech Savvy:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Experience with

Redtail CRM

is a plus.

Communication:

You must be comfortable and articulate when speaking with clients and advisors.

Mindset:

You are a problem solver who does not need to be micromanaged. You take pride in "figuring it out" and getting the job done right. Requirements:

Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check (including fingerprinting) prior to employment.
