Automotive Parts Counter Associate

Keene Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is hiring a Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team in Jarrettsville, MD. Responsibilities: Assist technicians and customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts. Accurately process parts orders, pricing, billing, and fulfillment. Track incoming and outgoing parts inventory and source parts when out of stock. Ensure proper billing through the service department and collision repair shop. Package and ship parts to manufacturers as needed, completing required documentation. Use electronic and hard-copy parts manuals to identify correct parts by vehicle. Meet monthly sales and gross profit goals and help grow parts sales. Work closely with and report to the Parts Manager on inventory and performance. Requirements: Must have at least one year of experience in an auto parts sales role Must have computer proficiency Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Valid driver's license Must have a clean driving record.
