Our team values collaboration, transparency, and efficiency, and we are looking for a detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our operations team.
Position Overview The Property Administrator will support the management of our industrial portfolio, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate financial reporting, and timely tenant communications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a
structured, owner-operated environment , enjoys being hands-on, and has experience with property management software— Yardi experience is highly preferred .
Key Responsibilities Maintain
tenant records, leases, and contracts
in Yardi (or other property management software) Process
rent payments, invoices, and CAM reconciliations , ensuring accuracy and timely posting Assist with
monthly financial reporting
and preparation of reconciliations for owner review Coordinate
vendor relationships and service requests , including work orders and maintenance follow-ups Support the management team with
lease administration , including renewals, amendments, and tenant correspondence Conduct
tenant communications , including notifications, approvals, and inquiries Organize and maintain
property files and documentation , ensuring compliance and accessibility Assist with
budget preparation and tracking , monitoring expenses and variances Support property inspections and follow up on
maintenance or compliance items
as assigned Qualifications 2+ years of property management or administrative experience in commercial or industrial real estate xsgimln
Experience with
Yardi property management software
