Landmark Construction Company Inc., a long-established leader in earthwork, utility, and structural concrete services, is seeking a highly qualified Concrete Estimator to join its team. For more than six decades, the company has served prominent clients throughout the Lowcountry, delivering reliable and technically sound construction solutions. The selected candidate will apply strong analytical and engineering competencies while collaborating with experienced professionals. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Evaluate Invitations to Bid (ITBs) submitted by clients Prepare comprehensive and accurate quantity takeoffs for various concrete construction applications Examine project documentation to identify risks and determine labor and material requirements Solicit, review, and analyze pricing information from vendors and subcontractors Develop precise cost estimates and prepare detailed technical bid proposals Submit, monitor, and follow up on bid proposals in a timely manner Provide technical assistance and support to project teams as necessary Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and vendors

Requirements Proficiency with industry standard‑ estimating software, including Bluebeam, HCSS HeavyBid, and PlanSwift Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and SharePoint Experience with Computer Aided‑ Design (CAD) or Tekla is preferred but not mandatory Exceptional organizational, analytical, communication, and problem solving‑ capabilities Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while also working independently when required
Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, xsgimln Civil Engineering, or a related discipline Minimum of 5 years of structural concrete estimating experience in commercial or industrial sectors
