We are seeking a
Property Manager
to support the
street-level retail portfolio
within a high-profile, master-planned mixed-use district in
Downtown Tampa .
This on-site role sits within a nationally recognised development comprising
destination retail, restaurants, and public realm . The Property Manager will work as part of a
well-established district management team , supporting the General Manager and Senior Property Managers in the day-to-day operation and performance of the retail portfolio.
This position is ideal for a
retail-focused Property Manager
who understands
urban street retail, restaurant operations, and mixed-use environments , and who is confident working with
budgets, CAMs, and tenant financials
in a collaborative team structure.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
day-to-day operations
of street-level retail and restaurant spaces across the district Serve as a primary point of contact for
retail and restaurant tenants Support the preparation, tracking, and reconciliation of
operating budgets and CAMs Review
vendor contracts, service scopes, and invoices
for the retail portfolio Coordinate with
residential management partners
supporting the towers Work closely with
marketing and events teams
to support activations and programming within the district Assist senior leadership with
tenant relations, reporting, and asset performance initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Property management experience within
retail or mixed-use assets Urban or downtown street-level retail
experience strongly preferred Solid understanding of
operating budgets and CAMs
(hands-on exposure required) Strong
tenant-facing and stakeholder management
skills Ability to thrive in a
high-profile, fast-paced, collaborative environment

including senior property managers, assistant managers, tenant experience, and engineering. The district is fully operational with ongoing
tenant activity, events, and placemaking initiatives , offering exposure to a
