Outside of the office, I'm a proud University of Akron graduate with a B.S. in Business, and I've earned both the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations through The American College. I spend my time outside of work with my family, training for cycling races, and staying involved through my church and a local Annapolis-area Christian school.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jim Brown - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. Compensation: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year

Our office is located in Kent Island, MD. Our office is open 9:00-5:00. I have been a State Farm agent since 1995. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive. I am a second generation State Farm agent.
