This role occasionally supports borrowers outside standard hours. Partner closely with Sales, Underwriting, and Capital Markets to resolve issues and keep loans moving Absorb product and process changes quickly without disrupting pipeline execution Contribute practical feedback to DSCR playbooks and workflows based on real execution experience Maintain clean, complete, decision-ready files that require minimal cleanup downstream Qualifications

2+ years of direct experience processing DSCR loans from intake through close Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume DSCR pipeline, including demonstrated production velocity (e.g., closing ~25 DSCR loans in a month) Strong working knowledge of DSCR guidelines, rental income analysis, entity borrowers, guarantors, and common execution risks Clear, confident communicator who can set and reinforce DSCR requirements and timelines with borrowers and internal partners Demonstrated ability to balance speed, quality, and borrower experience in a production environment Highly organized with strong judgment around prioritization, escalation, and issue resolution Comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment with evolving guidelines and processes Tech-forward and proficient with LOS, document management systems, and Slack-first communication 1+ year of experience working in a remote or distributed environment Self-directed, accountable operator who consistently owns outcomes and follows through Thrives on teams that value clear communication, accountability, and collaboration This candidate will champion Backflip's culture & Core Values:
