What You Will Do:
As a
Customer Service Rep , you will be the liaison between the Company and the customer.
Process customer monthly payments. Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing any customers, as needed. Connects very quickly; builds and leverages client relationships. Complete mail sorting tasks. The Perfect Match:
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Sales or customer service experience High School Diploma or GED Ability to build relationships with sales customers Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement Excellent written and verbal communication skills
