Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Location: Houston, Texas(onsite) Department: IT / Business Systems

Position Summary

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Salesforce and applications built on Salesforce Platform. This role will focus on establishing and aligning key efficiency metrics to drive business outcomes.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a strong background supporting Oil & Gas operations and publicly traded companies. The ideal candidate will manage, optimize, and secure Salesforce platforms in a SOX-compliant, highly regulated environment. This role requires close collaboration with commercial, operations, finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and successful execution of cross-functional projects. Works in close partnership with SAP S/4 and ancillary teams to ensure the delivery of a fully integrated, seamless solution.

This role requires a hands-on administrator who understands complex business processes, data governance, and enterprise-scale Salesforce deployments.

Detailed Description: • Serve as a technical champion for Salesforce-driven transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to support informed decision-making at the leadership level. • Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with application regulations and standards, including SOX, ICFR, and US GAAP. • Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and integrated applications. • Work in close partnership with SAP S/4 and ancillary system teams to deliver a seamlessly integrated enterprise solution.

Job Requirements: • Expertise as Salesforce Administrator, including a strong understanding of Salesforce configurations. • Experience supporting integrations to SAP S/4 and other ancillary systems. • Ability to design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards • Experience managing users, profiles, permission sets, roles, and security controls.

Minimum Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience. • Experience supporting Oil & Gas or energy-sector business processes. • Experience working in a publicly traded company with SOX and ICFR compliance requirements. • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, access controls, audit requirements, and data governance. • Proven experience designing and maintaining with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation. • Strong analytical and documentation skills. • Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) - strongly preferred. • Advanced Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certification. • Familiarity with data tools (Data Loader, DemandTools, etc.). • Experience in Agile or ITIL environments.
