This role is designed for professionals who are patient, proactive, and passionate about supporting students in a structured school environment.
In this position, you'll work directly with students to implement individualized behavior intervention plans, monitor progress, and collect data to guide instruction. You'll collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure consistent strategies across settings and help create supportive, predictable learning environments.

Minimum 2 years of experience working with children, preferably with special needs Bachelor's degree in a related field Ability to work effectively within a team and apply proactive problem-solving strategies Strong documentation and data-collection skills Ability to respond to and manage crisis situations as outlined in IEPs Ability to lift up 50 pounds and safely manage physical behaviors as needed
