Allstate Peterbilt Group and All Wheels Financial are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Equipment Finance Sales Executive to support our growing finance platform. This role is responsible for originating equipment finance loans while partnering closely with internal sales teams and external customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance sales professional who enjoys business development, consultative selling, and working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Finance Sales Key Responsibilities: Originate equipment finance loans and leases through proactive prospecting and relationship development Partner with Allstate Peterbilt Group sales teams and commercial partners to support truck and equipment sales Present and explain financing options, structures, and terms to customers Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from initial contact through funding Collaborate with internal credit, documentation, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate execution Represent All Wheels Financial and Allstate Peterbilt Group at industry events, customer meetings, and networking opportunities Stay current on market trends, competitive finance programs, and customer needs Finance Sales Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in equipment finance, commercial lending, or finance sales (or equivalent experience) Proven track record of originating and closing finance transactions Strong consultative sales and relationship-management skills Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Finance Sales Preferred Qualifications: Experience financing trucks, trailers, construction, or heavy equipment Knowledge of lease and loan structures (FMV, TRAC, term loans) Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Finance Sales Benefits: 16 days PTO plus holidays available during first year of employment Technician Efficiency Programs Immediate transition into new health insurance coverage Three different medical plans designed to fit your needs FSA/HSA plans to help with medical and childcare reimbursement Dental and Vision Insurance plans Short and Long-Term Disability Supplemental Term Life Insurance and other co-insurance options 401(k) with Match Multiple Tuition Reimbursement programs and scholarship opportunities Extensive in-house training Health and wellness benefits Doctor on Demand mobile app Verizon wireless employee discounts CDL re-imbursement program Safety glasses and boot allowance programs Multiple dealership locations to allow for relocation opportunities Endless advancement opportunities throughout the company Allstate Peterbilt Group is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Minority, Female, Veteran, and Disability employer.
