What You'll Do Conceptualize & Create:

Develop and execute award-worthy creative concepts for 360-degree campaigns, from initial idea to final production including TV/film, print, OOH, radio, digital experiences, UX/UI, and experiential activations. Craft & Collaborate:

Work hand-in-hand with strategy teams to ensure creative work is insightful, effective, and perfectly aligned with brand objectives. Lead & Inspire:

Confidently present ideas to internal teams and client stakeholders, articulating your vision and bringing others along on the creative journey. Innovate & Elevate:

Stay on the cutting edge of technology and culture, bringing new ideas and AI-powered tools to the creative process to keep our work fresh and impactful. Who You Are A Creative Force:

You possess a portfolio brimming with press-worthy, conceptually driven work that demonstrates excellence across a variety of media, especially for CPG brands. A Nimble Thinker:

You have exceptional presentation skills, craft beautiful work, and articulate how your concepts come to life with clarity and impact. What You'll Need Proven experience as an Art Director, with a strong portfolio showcasing work for large, recognizable brands and campaigns. Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Keynote, and a strong familiarity with AI-powered creative tools. A deep understanding of how to collaborate with strategy to create work that doesn't just look good, but drives results. Experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) is a plus, but a passion for creating standout work is a must.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $60,000-$140,000 USD
