What You'll Do
Provide exceptional service by assisting clients via phone, email, and in-person Support with policy updates, billing questions, and account maintenance Foster customer retention through proactive outreach and follow-ups Identify client needs and recommend insurance solutions when appropriate Collaborate with agency team members to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and policies What We're Looking For
Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in high-pressure situations Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred Sales-minded approach with a desire to grow and advance professionally Comfortable working independently and within a collaborative team Willingness to obtain an insurance license ( we'll provide support! ) Why You'll Love Working Here
