We are currently seeking a reliable individual to join our team as a receptionist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist customers warmly in person and over the phone. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Receptionist experience Insurance industry experience Compensation: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Spokane and Pullman. Our office is open M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. If staffing allows, TM's can work 8:30 - 5:30 with 1 hour lunch or 9 - 5:30 with half hour lunch. I have been a State Farm agent since 1994. We currently have 15 team members at our agency.
