Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Product Owner

to play a central role in delivering innovative products and platform enhancements that improve customer experience, meet evolving business needs, and create measurable value.

This role will serve as a

servant leader

within an Agile delivery team, responsible for defining priorities, structuring work, and ensuring the product roadmap aligns with business objectives, compliance standards, and quality expectations.

The Product Owner will actively manage the product backlog, translate regulatory and contractual requirements into actionable user stories, and partner closely with business, technology, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Backlog Ownership

Build, maintain, and continuously refine the product backlog to achieve established

Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) . Ensure backlog items are clearly prioritized to maximize customer and business value. Maintain essential product documentation, including: Customer journey maps Technical specifications Process mapping Feature requirements Requirements & Quality Delivery

Define and communicate functional and non-functional product requirements to ensure completeness and consistency. Translate regulatory, compliance, and contractual needs into: Use cases Agile user stories Acceptance criteria Validate user story outcomes and ensure product quality standards are consistently met. Support product testing frameworks, including functional, market, and performance testing. Compliance, Risk & Governance

Ensure product features and processes align with applicable regulatory, risk management, and compliance standards. Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks or customer-impacting issues. Support release activities, including security patches and infrastructure maintenance initiatives. Agile Leadership & Team Enablement

Lead Agile ceremonies and practices, including: Sprint planning Execution support Retrospectives Backlog grooming Empower teams to make decisions close to the work, fostering accountability and ownership. Coach and mentor team members through strong product leadership and collaboration. Cross-Functional & Vendor Partnership

Partner with business technology teams to optimize system components and technical capabilities. Collaborate with data stewards to ensure appropriate data quality controls are implemented. Support go-to-market strategies through coordination with cross-functional teams. Work with vendors and partners in evaluating, enhancing, and monitoring assigned products or programs.
