What You Can Expect to Do
As a
Customer Service Representative , you are the first point of contact with clients, providing calm, compassionate, and professional support during emotionally challenging moments. You play a key role in keeping the hospital running smoothly by managing phones, scheduling, check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring clear communication between clients and the veterinary team. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility help create a seamless experience for both clients and patients in a fast-paced, multi-specialty environment.
Key Responsibilities Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out efficiently Provide clear communication between clients and veterinary staff Accurately enter and update patient records and billing information Work collaboratively with veterinary technicians, doctors, and other CSRs Remain flexible with shift changes, including
evenings, weekends,
and
holidays Take initiative to assist teammates and support hospital operations as needed Requirements/Qualifications
Previous experience in a veterinary hospital (emergency/specialty experience preferred) Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-stress environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compassionate, dependable, and proactive team player Comfortable with computers and veterinary practice management software (Cornerstone, Instinct) Why Join Us?
