Ganahl Escondido is seeing new customers every week and is looking for a Counter Sales Manager to develop our team, fueling the next generation of Ganahl salespeople, and grow customer sales by learning about our customers and connecting them to resources within Ganahl. Here are some of the expectations of the right candidate: Lead by example at all times in the areas of hospitality, sales, and professionalism The ability to quickly establish relationships and rapport with customers and co-workers Clear understanding of our company systems and best practices with the ability to execute and teach them Extensive Accuterm knowledge Experience with Microsoft Office products, specifically Word and Excel The ability to define and teach the sales process Prior experience managing people preferred. Experience with counter sales, inside and outside contractor sales Knowledge of our core products and strong relationships with key vendors Ability to keep composure in fast-paced, high pressure environments To be a key contributor to the yard and company-wide management teams Get to know us: Ganahl Lumber Company is the oldest lumberyard and hardware supply store in California.
