Manage a large portfolio of 1,300-1,500 accounts and ensure continued engagement and growth. Conduct consistent outreach across the book of business, averaging 100-150 customer interactions weekly. Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, addressing needs and strengthening relationships. Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with sales and internal teams to expand account penetration. Maintain accurate CRM records and use data to guide outreach priorities and track opportunities. Support customers by resolving issues, coordinating with internal departments, and assisting with quotes and order updates. A successful Inside Account Manager should have: experience in sales or account management, preferably within the industrial and manufacturing industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts effectively. A results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Ability to work on site in Franklin, TN office. What's on Offer
