Sales/h2pAs an Associate Specialist

Sales, you will be responsible for coordinating activities and resources to support the Sales organization and business objectives. You will work with assigned Outside Sales Representatives, Inside Sales and support functions, suppliers, centers of excellence (COE) and Marketing to ensure the workload balance of the outside sales team./ppstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliSupports the sales process by working with various internal departments to coordinate selling opportunities for assigned Outside Sales Representatives./liliSchedules sales calls and deploys Field Technical Specialists (i.e. lighting, gear, automation, MRO specialists)./liliFollows-up with sales representatives and technical specialists after customer visits, updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and providing follow-up communication to internal and external customers./liliProvides sales team with data reports as needed./liliProvides pricing support to management and outside sales./liliInteracts with Inside Sales, suppliers, centers of excellence, and customers to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects./liliParticipates in regularly scheduled meetings to measure progress of set objectives./liliProvides general administrative support to outside sales team./li/ulpstrongQualifications:/strong/pulliHigh School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelors degree - Marketing, Business or relevant field preferred./lili0-2 years of inside or outside sales, project, business development or operations support experience./liliStrong written and verbal communication and presentation skills./liliAbility to multi-task./liliResearch skills./liliSelf-motivated and customer service oriented with ability to perform in a fast-paced, team environment./liliComputer skills, including Microsoft Office./liliUnderstanding of vertical market conditions./liliKnowledge/understanding of inventory concepts and sales processes./liliAbility to drive results-oriented activity./liliExperience with CRM systems./li/ulpCompensation Details: $28.62 - $35.78 Per Hour/ppThis amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
