CSR/ Inside Sales Specialist

Were partnering with a well-established medical supply distributor seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support customer relationships, order management, and sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, working closely with customers, and balancing inside sales with day-to-day operational support in a fast-paced, in-office environment.
What Youll Be Doing Support and lead day-to-day customer service and inside sales operations Handle inbound customer inquiries and orders with professionalism and accuracy Prepare quotes, recommend products, and support conversion to company brands Manage and resolve order issues, errors, and customer concerns Communicate product updates, pricing, and company information to customers Support revenue growth across new and existing accounts Use ERP systems to manage orders, inventory, and customer data Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and follow-through
What Your Work History Should Show 35 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or operations (B2B preferred) Experience handling orders, quotes, and customer accounts Comfort working in ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, Sage, or similar) Strong organization, follow-through, and time management skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Industrial, distribution, or supply-chain background a plus
Additional Details Location: Tukwila, WA (100% onsite) Schedule: MondayFriday Pay Rate: $35$40 per hour Position Type: Direct Hire Requirements: COVID-19 vaccination required; non-smoking campus
