
Outside Sales Representative
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join a growing home services and restoration team. This role combines relationship-building, fieldwork, and significant earning potential for motivated individuals. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will: Sell plumbing and/or water restoration services to residential and commercial customers Specialize in water damage mitigation and property restoration Perform on-site evaluations to:
Measure moisture levels Assess extent of structural or property damage Determine necessary next steps (demolition, drying, restoration, etc.)
Conduct 46 customer appointments per day to evaluate needs and provide solutions Present service options clearly and professionally to help customers make informed decisions You'll thrive in this role if you are: A strong communicator who enjoys face-to-face interaction Motivated by unlimited earning potential Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule Skilled at problem-solving in urgent, customer-driven environments Schedule: Report to the office once or twice per week for paperwork and team meetings Flexibility required between 7:30 AM
11:59 PM, 7 days a week Not a 24/7 role, but requires open availability across days/evenings/weekends Compensation: Training Pay
$1,000/week during training Post-Training Pay
$500/week base salary Uncapped commission Commission Structure
Weekly sales of $15,000+ ? 5% commission Weekly sales of $25,000+ ? 7% commission Commission paid upon job completion Mileage
