Responsibilities
Assist with basic policy questions, billing inquiries, ID card requests and coverage changes Appointment Setting Support agency goals by building strong customer relationships Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, scanning and data entry as needed Provide quotes when appropriate Answer incoming calls, emails and office visits in a professional, welcoming manner As an Agent Team Member, you will receive
