What will you do? View photos and reports uploaded from the field to ensure quality. Document and report any issues found. Provide detailed feedback to enable corrective action. Identify, investigate and report fraudulent submissions. How will you succeed? Communicating effectively and efficiently. Having a customer service mindset.
