Clubhouse Sales Attendant
Join the Parks, Recreation & Leisure Services Department as a Clubhouse Sales Attendant. We are looking for a vibrant and energetic individual to play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of the golf course. The purpose of this class within the organization is to collect golf green fees and sell retail golf accessories and equipment in the clubhouse. This class works under close supervision according to set procedures. Minimum Requirements: Graduation from high school or successful completion of the GED. One (1) year of experience in a customer service and retail environment to include cash handling experience. Previous experience and knowledge of golf course operations and the game of golf preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application. Must successfully pass a background check related to this position prior to any offer of employment or promotion. Additional Requirements: Requires shift work to include nights, weekends and holidays. The incumbent may be considered "essential personnel" during City emergency situations or at the direction of the City Manager which may include long hours and unusual schedules.
