Job Description: This role supports CRM operations with a focus on monetization and transactional campaigns, helping execute and optimize global email, push, and in-app messaging programs using Braze.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Assist with end-to-end CRM campaign management across multiple initiatives
Build, test, QA, and deploy email, push, and in-app message templates
Develop and configure campaigns, canvases, and journeys in Braze
Set up audience segmentation and filtering using customer data
Conduct user experience testing across CRM channels
Partner with creative, MarTech, and legal stakeholders to deliver campaigns
Requirements: Must-Haves: 2 years of CRM or campaign management experience
Hands-on experience with Braze (campaigns, canvases, channels, segments)
Basic Liquid coding experience
High-level understanding of audience segmentation and customer data usage
Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar)
Basic HTML knowledge and ability to identify template issues
Understanding of CRM best practices for email and push notifications
Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
Nice-to-Haves:
Media, entertainment, subscription, SaaS, or e-commerce industry experience Experience supporting transactional and monetization campaigns Exposure to global or multi-region CRM programs
