As a Customer Relations Representative on the State Farm Agent Team for Vahn Doctolero, you play a critical role in the daily operations and overall success of our agency. Your primary focus is to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by serving as a trusted liaison between customer needs and various agency departments. By proactively marketing relevant insurance products and services, you contribute to improving the lives of our customers and driving agency growth.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, punctual, and highly organized professional who is proficient in programs such as Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with additional experience in platforms like Salesforce or similar CRM systems considered a strong asset. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards will be key to your success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and nurture meaningful customer relationships, following up promptly as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention. Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance products, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications. Proactively market and promote relevant insurance products and services tailored to customer needs. Collaborate effectively with agency departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using CRM software and other relevant programs. Consistently demonstrate punctuality and reliability in attendance and task completion. QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in sales roles such as outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing is preferred. Prior experience managing client relationships and using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is highly desirable. Strong interest and aptitude in marketing products and services aligned with customer needs. Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; familiarity with additional software such as Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred. Demonstrated history of punctuality and reliability in previous roles. Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and able to anticipate and respond to customer needs effectively. Ability to build rapport and relate well to diverse customer populations. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
