divh2Regional Sales Director/h2pThe Regional Sales Director (RSD) is responsible for driving growth in revenue via net-new partners (clients) for our core healthcare service, Martti. The primary responsibility of our RSD Team is to convert prospective health systems, large hospitals, and large healthcare brands into in net-new partners (clients) through the RSDs ability to build relationships, leverage existing connections, and align each prospective clients priorities to our services and value proposition. This role targets the largest, most complex, and most influential healthcare segments within our team, including the countrys most prominent health systems and hospitals. The RSD is responsible for driving growth within a defined multi-state territory./ppCore Responsibilities:/pulliAdhere to the company quality policy, and promote improved customer service by supporting our clients./liliGenerate follow-up on new marquee leads; manage, qualify, develop proposals, and navigate redlining and contracting for high-profile net new healthcare clients./liliTransfer information and coordinate the transition of new Partner to Implementation team to support adoption of interpretation services./liliCollaborate with colleagues in business development and client success to transfer important knowledge for service adoption and retention./liliUtilization of standardized and current contracts, marketing materials, pricing, presentation and other company assets./liliCreate and maintain proper records in company CRM to include account information, contacts, opportunities, contacts and location information./liliMust be willing to travel up to 60-80% at various times within the USA./liliAdhering to all company Policy and Procedures./liliAdhere to the company quality policy and promote customer service by supporting our clients./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpEducation and Qualifications:/pulliBachelors Degree required with focus in Business or Healthcare as a plus./liliMinimum 5 years progressive sales experience, with focus in healthcare solutions and experience in the western regions of the country preferred./liliConsistently surpasses quota in selling healthcare solutions with routine transaction values of greater than $100,000 in annualized revenue./liliStrategic sales experience in complex buying environments, including navigating multiple stakeholders./liliFamiliarity with CRM solutions, specifically Salesforce Lightning./liliComfortability in understanding and describing technological advancements./liliHigh Level proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel./liliSelf-starter, comfortable working independently from home-based or remote offices./liliResults-oriented with a high level of accountability to achieve quantitative results./liliAbility to work both independently and within a team environment./liliExcellent problem-solving/critical thinking skills./liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills./liliAbility to simplify complex ideas and concepts./liliHighly organized, with the ability to multi-task./li/ulpPerformance Measured By (Key Performance Indicators KPIs):/pulliTotal Signed New 1st Year Contract Value (Individual/Organization)/liliNumber of net new clients in Region (Individual/Organization)/liliTotal Recurring Utilization Revenue Achievement (Organization)/liliAdherence to Company policies, procedures, and CRM data hygiene (Individual)/li/ul/div
