For more information, please visit solera.com/ppWhat Youll Do/pulliConduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments pursuant to SOS field inventory processes./liliComplete all tasks assigned in a diligent manner consistent with department, facility or operational and corporate goals and objectives./liliAssist in business development activities in conjunction with new and existing service offerings./liliPromote, build, and maintain good customer relations with adjusters assist in retention and repeat use./liliCommunicate with your Field Manager and Service Manager on a daily basis with regards to operational issues and/or improvements./liliFollow all standard operating and safety procedures, written and oral, at all times./liliAbility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned./li/ulpWhat Youll Bring/pulliStrong problem solving, project management skills while maintaining excellent customer service with client policyholder and insurance company claim staff./liliPresent in a professional manner both in personal and vehicle appearance./liliAbility to work in adverse conditions (post loss insurance claims)./liliPerform work assignments in a safe and concise manner, following all Enservio safety standards./liliProficient with Microsoft Office Suite./liliStrong problem solving and analytical skills./liliStrong interpersonal, writing and communication skills./liliExcellent personal organization and leadership skills./liliResults oriented with the ability to accomplish work in a team environment./liliProperty and Casualty claim experience a plus./liliRestoration industry experience a plus./liliAbility to travel to site location in your geographic area./liliAbility to lift without any physical restrictions up to 30 pounds./liliWork independent of direct onsite supervision./liliValid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle available for use./li/ulpIt is impossible to list every requirement for, or responsibility of, any position.
