Account Development Representative

Hiring an Account Development Representative for a large tech company in Seattle! If interested, please apply directly. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new delivery program launching in the area. The role involves recruiting local businesses to join a delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors to engage prospective businesses, pitch program opportunities, qualify businesses, guide them through the application process, drive referrals through community organizations, and coordinate recruitment events. The role requires travel up to a two-hour driving distance and offers commission for each partner conversion. Responsibilities: Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within up to a one-hour driving distance. Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest and encourage applications. Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing the pipeline in Salesforce. Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events like lunch and learns and town hall meetings. Collaborate with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations. Import excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis. Essential Skills: 2+ years in sales and/or customer service experiences. Experience in outside/field sales. CRM experience required, with Salesforce preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Proficiency in prospecting and making outbound calls. Sales management skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Field sales experience is a plus. Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus. Professionalism and enthusiasm to work with others. High sense of urgency and attention to detail. Problem-solving skills for field applicants. Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology. Ability to travel up to 2 hours round trip distance daily. Work Environment: Supporting the Seattle market, the role involves being in the field 4-5 days a week, with an 80/20 split between fieldwork and home-based follow-up or administrative tasks. The role offers uncapped commission, a $50 bonus for the App, $150 for Partner Launch, a $50/month phone bill expense, and reimbursement of 70 cents per mile. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $33.00/hr.
