The manager is responsible for managing the development and implementation of marketing & communications strategies to achieve the entity's business goals, enhance service line growth, and to maintain a positive public image. Responsibilities include comprehensive marketing campaigns, media relations/brand journalism, internal communications, collateral production (internal and external), CRM, brand activation for events and implementation. Works closely with Marketing & Communications leaders at various entities on multiple projects. Utilizes both traditional and non-traditional marketing tactics and media platforms. Also required: Excellent communication skills, ability to supervise team members, and work effectively in a team environment. Regularly exercises judgment and discretion, and demonstrates independent and strategic decision-making. Estimated salary range for this position is $93867.22 - $122027.39 / year depending on experience. Qualifications:

Degrees: Bachelors. Additional Qualifications: Bachelors degree, preferably in public relations, communications, marketing or journalism. Must be detail oriented and have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with daily deadlines. A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a marketing and communications environment, preferably in healthcare. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Bilingual a plus. Minimum Required Experience: 7 Years EOE, including disability/vets
