JLL Technologies (JLLT) is a leading provider of Technical Solutions to owner and occupier segments of the public, private, and governmental Commercial Real Estate market. JLLT's Go-to-Market Team is hiring a Business Development Representative that will be a part of its Sales Development function. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of JLLT by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities. You'll work closely with marketing teams and Account Executives to execute strategic outbound prospecting, engage inbound inquiries, and assist with transactional and complex sales opportunities. This position builds the foundation for JLLT's continued success in delivering innovative real estate technology solutions. This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite out of one of the listed corporate locations). Please note there is a commission incentive included in addition to the base salary. What This Job Involves Lead Generation & Qualification:

Source and process new leads through calls, emails, and social media engagement. Respond promptly to inbound prospect requests, qualify leads, and determine fit for JLLT products and services. Research target accounts and industries to understand needs and map decision-making units. Execute outbound campaigns and leverage prospecting tools to identify net new opportunities. Support Account Executives and senior sales teams on outbound strategies and lead generation efforts. Pipeline Management:

Utilize Salesforce.com CRM to track, document, and report all prospecting and qualification activities. Maintain accurate and updated sales pipeline information and performance metrics. Industry & Product Expertise:

Build a deep understanding of JLLT's technology offerings, especially within the Real Estate Management Services business line. Stay informed about industry trends to communicate value effectively to prospects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (four-year university). Previous experience in a Business Development, Inside Sales, or B2B customer engagement role preferred. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple outreach activities simultaneously. Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality with a results-oriented focus. Experience with Salesforce.com CRM, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Understanding of the enterprise software market or workplace technology is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and active listening skills. 65,000.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations. Location: On-site
