We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Superintendent to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate 1-3 years of experience working for a general contractor. Must have an excellent understanding of the construction industry, jobsite protocols, good communication skills, detail-oriented, with the ability to read plans and specifications. Must be proficient in Procore.
In this role, you'll:
Assist with setting up job site logistics and field coordination
Assist project superintendent with managing job site safety
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors
Provide two-week look aheads
Submit daily reports
We're looking for someone with:
Strong understanding of construction processes and blueprints.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and construction management software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, hands-on environment, sometimes requiring overtime.
