Bilingual Telesales Agent
to join our growing sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on building relationships with families, creating opportunities, and closing deals. If you're someone who thrives in a competitive environment, loves the hustle, and gets excited about hitting targets and driving growth we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Build relationships with families and understand their needs to present appropriate programs. Generate leads and conduct outbound outreach across phone, email, and in-person channels as applicable. Qualify opportunities and close deals to meet or exceed targets. Collaborate with the sales team and contribute to a high-energy environment.
Qualifications
Strong competitive drive motivated by goals and enjoys a challenge. Sales instincts or experience in selling camp spots, sports programs, or fundraising for a team. Comfortable generating leads and conducting outreach across multiple channels. Ability to build rapport with families listen to needs and guide to the right solution. Strong communication and interpersonal skills clear in messaging with both adults and kids. Fluent in English and Spanish bilingual capability. Team player who takes initiative and can work independently.
