Key Responsibilities

Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls to update clients

Handle client emails/chats and redirect clients to appropriate departments

Maintain records of conversations in the call center database CRM and assist with client enrollment processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Fluent in both Spanish and English

High School diploma or equivalent required

Prior customer service experience preferred

Proficient typing skills for accurate data entry

Fundamental understanding of computer operations
