Role Description Modus Construction is seeking a full-time, on-site Construction Superintendent to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. Qualifications Experience in Construction Site Management and ensuring Construction Safety Strong Organizational and Project Management skills to oversee daily activities and timelines Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for construction projects Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills for supervising teams Prior experience in commercial construction is preferred Knowledge of local building codes and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
