
Construction Superintendent – K–12 & Higher Education

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects for K–12 and higher-education facilities in the San Antonio area. This role requires a proactive field leader who ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Direct and manage all daily on-site construction activities for education projects. Supervise subcontractors, manage site logistics, inspections, and enforce safety compliance. Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure alignment with objectives. Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation. Coordinate closely with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and owners to resolve field issues. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet established quality standards. Proactively identify risks or challenges in the field and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction. Proven experience managing K–12 or higher-education construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, inspections, and site safety protocols. Ability to lead subcontractors and oversee complex field operations effectively.
