A Full-Service Medical Group, with 17 locations, is searching for a Healthcare Human Resources Director.
The Healthcare Human Resources Director oversees all HR and recruitment functions for the organization, ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws. This role manages employee relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits, workers’ compensation, wage and hour compliance, training, policy development, and performance management.
This position requires an on-site presence Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Hours may exceed 40 per week, and regular travel to clinic sites throughout the Los Angeles region is required.
Pay Rate: $130,000/yr-$180,000/yr
Shift: M-F - 8AM–5PM

Healthcare Human Resources Director Job Requirements:
- 10+ years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience
- 5+ years managing HR and recruitment functions
- FQHC experience (preferred)
- Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- HR Certification (i.e. SPHR or SHRM – SCP)
- Ability to travel between facilities, with up to 15% travel within Los Angeles County
- Valid California driver’s license and proof of insurance
