
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing team. In this role, you will support attorneys by managing case files, coordinating with clients and medical providers, preparing legal documents, and ensuring smooth case progression from intake through settlement or trial.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial client interviews and gather comprehensive case information
Manage and organize case files, ensuring all deadlines are met
Draft and prepare legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, and discovery requests
Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and courts
Track medical records, bills, liens, and evidence related to the case
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including compiling exhibits and preparing trial binders
Monitor statute of limitations and other critical deadlines
Provide support in settlement negotiations and mediation preparation
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal or in a plaintiff personal injury setting
Strong knowledge of personal injury law, terminology, and litigation procedures
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Detail-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
Salary and Other Compensation: The base salary for this position is between $60,000 – $85,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
