Position Summary The

Customer Service Representative

manages client accounts and supports both supply chain and commercial teams, based at our

West Nyack, NY

facility.

Essential Functions

Develop, issue, and have weekly communication with clients utilizing open order reports

Process and manage customer orders from order entry, raw material procurement, planning/production, quality status, and lastly shipment

Verify order accuracy, pricing, lead time and coordinate any necessary changes with clients directly

Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Partner with Project Management team following product development to ensure successful transition to replenishment order

Work with various internal departments confirming proper communication, time mgt, documentation, product scheduling, troubleshoot issues & finalize orders.

Manage customer complaint flow from entry, return, rework, and shipment

Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

3+ years of experience in manufacturing, ideally within the cosmetics industry

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred

Strong organizational and follow-through skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Excellent customer service and maintenance skills

Effective time management abilities

Outstanding interpersonal communication with both internal teams and external customers

Team-oriented with a commitment to company values
