Job Description As part of the core delivery team of Quantiphi, the Conversation Designer will be responsible for designing the user experience of a virtual agent. Your focus would be to ensure that the virtual assistant is conversationally engaging, impactful for the end-user, and matches the voice of the brand. You will translate the brand’s business requirements into natural dialogue flows backed up by UX research and good design practices.
Your responsibilities will include Gather customer requirements, analyze their needs and determine analytical requirements for virtual agent Define use cases Design a human-to-virtual-agent conversation flow iteratively Apply industry best practices and promote standards for execution and delivery approach Guide the customer on technology evaluation, technical thought leadership and direction for Conversational AI projects. Act as a conduit between technical team members and business customers, and take a lead in preparing functional and technical specification documents. Showcase thought leadership on technology roadmaps, agile development methodologies and best practices. Managing customer communication & relationships
Required Skills Proficiency in French Experience in at least one of the following areas: Analytics, AI, Linguistics, Copywriting, UX Design or Product Design Excellent communication, articulation, abstraction, analytical and presentation skills Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment Excellent aptitude in business analysis and awareness of quantitative analysis techniques. Your plans and actions are backed by not just gut feeling but also customer/ industry/ market research
Nice to have skills Experience in AI bot platforms, such as DialogFlow/API.AI, Cloud ML, Microsoft Bot Framework and Azure Cognitive Services, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, Wit.ai, Salesforce Einstein etc. (as a Project Manager/Analyst/Consultant) Strong understanding of the NLP space (natural language understanding, sentiment analysis, personality insight etc.), conversational interfaces, and leveraging existing services and libraries (integration, configuration, training, continuous learning) Well versed with voiced based processing (text to speech, speech to text) PMP certification
