Job Description: At Regions, the Home Improvement Financing Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing telephone support to customers regarding their account activity.
Regions Home Improvement Financing, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home‑improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and independent contractors to provide Point‑of‑Sale financing capabilities. This enables these partners to provide homeowners with an additional option to pay for various improvements to their homes, benefitting both the contractor partner and the homeowner.
Primary Responsibilities
Provides telephone support for customers Counsels customers regarding loan accounts Documents conversations with customers and actions taken Processes customer payments via phone Performs customer account maintenance requests Reviews and notes accounts for customer correspondence Performs other assigned tasks when appropriate
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Skills and Competencies
Ability to learn additional systems including ServLoan and Unifi Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations Ability to work on a team Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail
Strongly preferred: One (1) year of experience in customer service
This position is available onsite in Provo, UT Schedule: 40 hours Monday‑Friday during business hours Flex opportunity following full time in office training (Must be in good standing)
This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.

Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
