Position Overview Drack Construction Management is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on active projects in and around Boston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both ground-up construction and adaptive reuse projects, with the ability to manage schedules, coordinate trades, and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site construction activities from start through project completion Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel Maintain project schedules and sequencing to meet milestones and deadlines Enforce site safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards Conduct daily site walks and quality control inspections Coordinate inspections with local authorities and consultants Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and documentation using Procore Collaborate closely with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers Identify and proactively resolve field issues to minimize delays and cost impacts Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or residential construction Proven experience with ground-up and adaptive reuse projects Strong working knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing Proficiency with Procore and xsgimln general construction technology Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills OSHA certification preferred Experience working in urban, occupied, or tight-site environments is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Benefits package (health insurance, paid time off, holidays, etc.) Opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects in Boston Collaborative team environment with long-term growth potential
