Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Influence Representative based in Birmingham, AL. The role involves interacting directly with customers in a retail setting, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include influencing and listening to customers, delivering excellent customer service, managing customer relationships, promoting products and services, and working closely with team members to achieve sales growth and client goals.
